Right of Withdrawal

This withdrawal policy applies to consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), i.e. natural persons who enter into the contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. Entrepreneurs have no statutory right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal (digital services)

ConceptNote is a digital service that is provided immediately after the conclusion of the contract. In the case of a contract for the provision of services or the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires early if

• you have expressly consented to us beginning the performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and
• you have confirmed your knowledge that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins.

Insofar as performance of the service was begun during the withdrawal period at your express request and you effectively withdraw from the contract, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the withdrawal compared to the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.
